Hello! I am Lena, the founder of Inner Balance Health.
I created Inner Balance with the intention of founding a place that reflects my values of treating the whole person: mind, body, and soul. This approach integrates traditional practices such as massage therapy with modern wellness techniques like fascia stretch therapy to achieve optimal health.
About me- I live in the beaches and I love being outside, at the beach, cottage or gym, or travelling.
My mission is to empower people to move freely, live comfortably, and reconnect with their bodies. My goal is to work with you to achieve a personalized approach to health and wellness that will last.
I will strive to nurture your whole being (mind body and soul) - not just relieve symptoms. By integrating clinical expertise with mindful practices, we will build resilience, restored function, and sustainable wellbeing
